Bringing your new puppy home is an exciting moment! At millers Luxury Puppy, We’re here to make the process as smooth as possible. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about scheduling pickup or delivery.

1. Confirm Your Date

Once your puppy is ready to go home (at 8 weeks old), we’ll contact you to confirm a pickup or delivery date that fits your schedule.

2. Choose Your Pickup or Delivery Option

In-Person Pickup (Free)

We welcome you to visit our facility in Sugarcreek, Ohio, to meet your puppy and take them home in person. This is a great opportunity to see where your puppy was raised and ask any last-minute questions.

What to Expect:

• Pick up your puppy directly from our facility.
• Meet your puppy and receive care instructions before heading home.

Ground Transportation – $0.75 per Mile (One Way)

For families who can’t pick up in person, we offer safe, door-to-door ground delivery by a trusted pet transport service.

Cost: $0.75 per mile from Sugarcreek, Ohio to your location.

What to Expect:

• Your puppy will travel in a climate-controlled vehicle with professional care.

Flight Nanny Service – $550

A flight nanny will personally escort your puppy and hand-deliver them to you at the airport or your home.

Cost: $550 (available to any major airport in the USA).

What to Expect:

• Your puppy will never be shipped as cargo—our flight nannies ensure safe, stress-free travel.

3. Prepare for Arrival

For In-Person Pickup

• Bring a secure carrier or leash for your puppy.
• Be prepared to review and sign the Puppy Agreement.

For Delivery

• Have a travel crate or carrier ready if one is not provided.
• Ensure your home is puppy-proofed and ready for your new arrival.
• Be available at the agreed-upon time and location to receive your puppy.

4. What to Expect on Pickup/Delivery Day

Final Health Check: Your puppy will receive a thorough health check before leaving our facility.

Puppy Pack: You’ll receive a Puppy Pack that includes:

• Vaccination and health records
• Care instructions and transition tips
• A small bag of food
• Starter collar and leash
• Scent blanket (with mom’s scent for comfort)
• Health guarantee
• Vet certificate
• Favorite toy
