Adopting a puppy is an exciting journey! Our adoption process is designed to be simple, transparent, and stress-free.

Below is our step-by-step process to help you understand how to reserve and bring home your new furry family member.

Adoption Process

Step 1: Apply & Place a Deposit

Fill Out the Puppy Application:

• Complete our online Puppy Application form.
• We review applications within 1 business day and will notify you of approval.

Place a Deposit:

• Once approved, secure your spot with a $300 deposit.
• Choose one of two options:
  • Adopt an Available Puppy – Select from puppies ready for their forever homes.
  • Join the Master List – Be added to our waiting list to choose from future litters based on your position.

Deposit Policy:

• Deposits are refundable (minus a 10% processing fee) until you select a puppy.

Step 2: Wait for a Litter Announcement

Automatic Waitlist Placement:

• All depositors are automatically added to our Master List upon placing a deposit.

Litter Announcements:

• We notify all depositors when a new litter arrives.
• If interested, you can apply to be added to that litter’s picking list.

Seniority-Based Placement:

• Placement is based on your seniority on the Master List.
• If you pass on a litter, you move up for future litters.

Step 3: Puppy Selection at 6 Weeks

Puppy Updates:

When puppies are 6 weeks old, you’ll receive:

• New pictures and videos of the litter.
• Temperament test results to help you choose the perfect match.

Choose Your Puppy:

• You have 24 hours to select your puppy.
• If your preferred puppy is taken, you can pick another or remain on the waitlist for future litters.

Deposit Confirmation:

• Once you select a puppy, your deposit becomes non-refundable.

Step 4: Final Payment & Pickup

Puppy Agreement & Invoice:

• After selecting your puppy, you’ll receive:
  • A Puppy Agreement outlining the terms of adoption.
  • An invoice for the final payment (total price minus your deposit).

Bringing Your Puppy Home:

• Puppies are ready to go home at 8 weeks old (no earlier).
• Choose your preferred method:
  • In-Person Pickup – Visit us to meet your puppy and take them home.
  • Delivery – We offer ground transportation or flight nanny services for safe delivery to your doorstep.
